The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of downtown Rovinj, with everything within walking distance. The terrace was beautiful and a real highlight of the stay. We also appreciated being able to pull up close to the apartments to load and unload luggage, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very cozy and charming — it fits the character of the old town perfectly, so it didn't bother us at all. Street parking is the only option nearby, but it was manageable.

We had a great stay at La Fondiaria. The apartment is very cosy, clean and looks exactly like in the pictures — even more beautiful in real. It is lovely decorated, with high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom with natural light. There were many thoughtful complimentary items, which was a very nice surprise. There is also a big terrace, perfect for sunbathing or having coffee and drinks.
The location is exceptional as well. Parking in the area can be a bit difficult, but the host was very helpful and provided us with locations for nearby parking options.
Definitely a place I would recommend when staying in Rovinj.

Apartment Luna was just as described in photos. The balcony was a lovely space for evening wine. Location was great, quick walk along sea path or fun alleys lined with shops and restaurants to old town and close to a bike rental where you can easily hop on a bike path (not on main roads) through the nearby park with lots of shade and great swim spots. Barbara was very easy to reach and provided additional check in photos that made finding the apartment easy. The apartment was clean, with espresso machine and pods, AC that worked well and a washing machine which was a nice surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you Barbara!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Die Wohnung hat ein wunderschönes Ambiente und ist nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll designed, sondern auch blitzsauber. Es war alles liebevoll vorbereitet, wie z.B. verschiedenste Kaffeesorten, kleine Süßigkeiten, feines Duschgel, gute Seife, Shampoo, Waschmittel usw. Es wurde absolut an alles gedacht. Ob Toaster, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Fön, nespresso, 2 Fernseher, es gab einfach nichts was gefehlt hätte. Die Terrasse (mit Morgensonne) ist sehr groß mit gemütlichen Sessel und zwei Liegen. Die Lage ist perfekt und nur wenige Schritte vom perfekten Ausgangspunkt am Wasser gelegen. Geht man links entlang kommt man zu wunderschönen Badeplätzen, geht man rechts ist man auch schon in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und diesem unglaublichen Flair das Rovinj bietet.
Barbara war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Preis & Leistung ist perfekt, weil man wirklich was besonderes hat

Altogether beautiful room and amazing value. Excellent location (especially if you have a car and want easy drop-off of your luggage before parking). The host is incredibly gracious and quick to respond. Had many additional amenities - AC, big fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, many kitchen supplies, etc. It was clean, in a nice quiet area a mere 10 minute walk to the city center. I have high standards and would recommend this place to anyone!
