Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch gestaltet, hat uns extrem gut gefallen mit Liebe zum Detail.
Die Lage ist Top. Man ist eine Seitengasse vom Hafen zur Altstadt entfernt. In die andere Richtung 1min in die Einkaufsstraße der Altstadt.
Um schwimmen zu können ca 8min, leider so gut wie kein Schatten.

I absolutely enjoyed and LOVED my stay at La Fondiaria. My apartment was so comfortable and so freaking cuuuttteee! It had everything I needed from a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maxhine with pods, fridge, stove and microwave (which came in handy to reheat leftovers), pots, dishware; air conditioning units in both livingroom and bedroom; washing machine with drying rack and outdoor patio space with a table, chairs and an umbrella. The location was in old town about 5-10mins walk from most things - farmer's market, bus depot which has taxis, and all the restaurants and gelato spots. The manager, Barbara was very helpful with suggestions on airport transfer, grocery stores and answering all my other questions. I usually never spend much time in my hotel room when I travel outside of sleeping but I found myself going out and exploring then going back and relaxing at the apartment then go back out again so I will definitely want to stay here again should I make it back to Rovinj.
