The first floor features a stylish open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, designed for both comfort and ease. The layout feels modern and functional, perfect for relaxed mornings or unwinding after a day in the Old Town. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom and a calm, intimate atmosphere, creating a comfortable and well-separated space for rest and privacy.

Pepper is perfectly located in the heart of the town, yet tucked away in a quiet street. Everything is within easy reach. The main public parking area is located approximately 100 meters from the entrance to the Old Town, while the main square, shops, cafés, and restaurants are only a few steps from the apartment. From the square, you can hop on a boat to explore the nearby islands or enjoy a pleasant walk to the beaches of Punta Corrente Forest Park. It’s the ideal balance between lively town life and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The apartment is located in Rovinj’s Old Town pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. Guests arriving by car usually park at the public parking area and continue on foot to the apartment.
