Pepper is perfectly located in the heart of the town, yet tucked away in a quiet street. Everything is within easy reach. The main public parking area is located approximately 100 meters from the entrance to the Old Town, while the main square, shops, cafés, and restaurants are only a few steps from the apartment. From the square, you can hop on a boat to explore the nearby islands or enjoy a pleasant walk to the beaches of Punta Corrente Forest Park. It’s the ideal balance between lively town life and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment is located in Rovinj’s Old Town pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. Guests arriving by car usually park at the public parking area and continue on foot to the apartment.

I had an amazing stay, everything in Rovinj was very close and situated in proximity of "old city" core. Drinks and dinner around main city square was few feet away!

Barbara’s apartment was right by old town Rovinj, so it was convenient to get to and close to the beautiful streets and great restaurants. I would gladly stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay here for my birthday! The place was immaculate and Barbara was so helpful! We had an afternoon flight and she let us store our stuff in the apartment way after check out time so we could still enjoy the last few hours of our trip without lugging our suitcases round.! 10/10 stay, will definitely come back!!

We were lucky to find this apartment in such a great location, especially on such short notice. It is warm, cozy, and beautifully designed. The air conditioning is positioned so that it keeps the entire apartment at a comfortable temperature.
