We had a great stay at La Fondiaria! The apartment is in a really good location, everything was very clean, and the balcony was lovely!

Excellent location - walking distance to the water, old town and shops but in a lovely quiet little lane way away from the crowds. The apartment was beautifully presented, spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A big shower, private courtyard and really comfortable bed were highlights! Barbara was a wonderfully responsive host. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful when we needed a couple of extra things for our stay.

Wenn die Couch nicht als Zusatzbett (ausgezogen) verwendet wird, ist die Wohnung durchaus sehr geräumig. Die Terasse war ein Hammer fürs Abendessen und danach zum Sterne schauen bei beschaulicher Life-Musik vom Hafen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir schliefen richtig gut (und lange).

We loved the location of this apartment. It was close enough to the old town to be in walking distance of everything but not right in the thick of the noise, which worked out great for a family. The owner was very responsive with great recommendations. Beds were comfortable, and large bathroom was very clean.
